After taking part in the Cibus in Parma, from 30 June to 2 July 2018 the Caseificio Tre Stelle will be bringing Mozzarella di Bufala Campana to the Big Apple. In fact our company will participate in the Summer Fancy Food Show, North America’s biggest event dedicated to food specialities, taking place at the Javits Center di New York. You will find us at the Italy Pavilion, Stand 2827.
We will exhibit our products in New York, starting with the milk-based line of Bufala Campana DOP:Mozzarella, Bocconcini, Ciliegine. And the Tettona made from 100% buffalo milk, the Treccia di Bufala Campana, Ricotta di Bufala and much more. Don’t miss the latest arrival at Tre Stelle: BurraBù, the new Burrata with Buffalo Milk, a tasty variation on the traditional recipe from Puglia.
To prospective international customers we will also present the innovative Frozen Line, which consists of Mozzarella with 100% Buffalo milk produced, packaged and frozen, which – thanks to innovative systems and a special production process – leaves its sensory properties unaltered.
