Tre Stelle Mozzarella goes to Cologne for ANUGA 2019

From 5 to 9 October 2019 we will be in Cologne, Germany, to participate in Anuga, the largest food and beverage trade fair in the world.

We could not miss the event that, from 35 editions, dictates global trends in the sector, welcoming visitors from almost 200 countries.

You will find us at Hall 10.1 Stand A-009, where we will present the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop Tre Stelle, along with the other products: Bocconcini, Ciliegine, Tettona, Treccia, Ricotta di Bufala. Until this year’s novelty, BurraBù, the Burrata with buffalo milk, inspired by the traditional recipe.

And again, we will introduce visitors to the frozen line, designed to reach the most distant markets while maintaining the characteristics and taste of mozzarella thanks to innovative systems and a particular production process, which ends with the packaging and freezing of the product.

Participation in Anuga will be a precious opportunity to reach the best operators in the sector from all over the world, to create new relationships and to gather useful ideas to improve ourselves and to meet the needs of consumers more and more.
